Personal Wellness Path
One-on-one guidance to build a wellness practice that fits your real life.
Sacred Roots Wellness and Resource Center is a community hub helping individuals and families feel supported, connected, and empowered across Hagerstown, Martinsburg, and surrounding communities.

About
Sacred Roots was founded by Breanna Rassa, who started the center as a new mom and student after seeing how easily daily responsibilities can drain the joy out of life. The center exists so parents, professionals, and friends alike can prioritize living fully — not merely managing obligations.
Dedicated to fostering community and promoting mental health through holistic wellness activities, Sacred Roots offers coaching, classes, support groups, resource navigation, and opportunities for fun and connection that restore the joy in everyday life.
